Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly between tasks, ensure label accuracy for patient safety.
