Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Support immunization delivery and patient care across the team.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate prescription labeling and inventory management.
