Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver to support residents at Oakleaf Village in Toledo, OH. The role includes direct resident care, daily living support, and participation in activities to promote independence and quality of life.

The position offers $16/hour with a 3pm-11pm shift, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth in a 100% employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Nurse Aide certification is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal care and daily resident support.
• Assist residents with activities, dining, mobility and daily living tasks.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident/family needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and community events.
• Assist residents to and from activities and other functions; aid in transfers as needed.
