Qualifications

• Peer Support certification required.

• One year of experience in addiction treatment or mental healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support, coaching, and encouragement.
• Build rapport through active listening.
• Document recovery progress in EMR.
• Coordinate transportation and escorts for appointments.
• Lead group activities and discharge planning.
• Conduct post-discharge callbacks.
• Participate in de-escalation calls and rounds.
• Assist with on-site activities and smoke breaks.
