Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant focused on compassionate, resident-centered care in Cincinnati. You will join a team that helps residents thrive physically, emotionally, and socially while upholding safety and dignity.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and involves assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility. Training, benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered by a values-driven employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Nurse Aide certification a plus but not required.
• Effective communication with residents, family and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal care to residents.
• Assist with all aspects of personal hygiene including bathing and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident/family needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and events.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and repositioning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
