Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, programming, and discharge destinations.
• Ensure timely transport aligned with scheduled programming and facility needs.
• Maintain patient safety, dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries during transports.
• Provide reassurance and support while following behavioral health safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles in compliance with policies and laws.
• Communicate with clinical and operations staff to coordinate schedules.
