Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a dependable Patient Transporter to provide safe, timely, and compassionate transportation for patients throughout their treatment journey in Lake Worth, FL. The role reports to Transportation Supervisor and offers on-site work with a schedule Tue/Wed/Fri 8am-4:30pm, with compensation of $18–$19 per hour.

Responsibilities include transporting patients, ensuring punctuality, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and coordinating with clinical and operations

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record per company insurance requirements.
• Minimum age 21 to meet motor vehicle insurance eligibility.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance use treatment setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, programming, and discharge destinations.
• Ensure on-time transport aligned with scheduled programming and facility needs.
• Maintain patient safety, dignity, confidentiality, and professional boundaries during transport.
• Provide reassurance and appropriate support to patients while following safety protocols.
