Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record for the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments, group sessions, recreational activities, and discharge destinations.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and comply with all safety regulations.
• Maintain a secure and professional environment during transport, adhering to all policies and protocols.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients.
• Coordinate patient schedules with staff to report any concerns.
