Job summary

OhioHealth Lewis Center Health Center is seeking a Part-time Patient Registration Representative for evenings (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) with every other weekend schedule. You will collect demographic and financial information to produce clean claims, verify insurance, and provide exceptional service to patients, families, and OhioHealth physician teams.

This role involves EMR entry, consent collection, and registration across locations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required).
• 1–2 years' experience in a medical office setting.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately identifies patient in EMR system and enters demographic information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and collects patient information for billing.
• Provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and physicians.
• Registers patients for in-person and offsite encounters and maintains patient confidentiality.
• Performs registration duties in main registration areas and supports billing and consent processes.
