OhioHealth Environmental Services Associates provide cleaning and maintenance across patient rooms, public areas, and service spaces, delivering reliable customer service to patients and staff. This role emphasizes safety and adherence to hospital standards while supporting daily department operations.

Evening shift with the potential for varied tasks, including stocking carts and assisting with storeroom duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma (Required)
• Ability to demonstrate skill in reading and following directions. Must demonstrate customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• 40% Obtains assigned cleaning or maintenance requests from automated system or daily assignment sheet and completes tasks.
• 20% Follows direction and proper usage of equipment and notifies area through work order process.
• 10% Keeps carts and areas stocked; linen distribution included.
• 10% Willing to complete other duties including storeroom maintenance to meet standards.
• 20% Provides high level customer service to patients and other customers.
