• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Assist with nursing tasks under RN supervision including phlebotomy, IV removal and care for patients with medical isolation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges; provide personal hygiene and comfort.
• Turn, position and ambulate patients; transport patients, equipment and samples.
• Support equipment preparation and maintain unit cleanliness per guidelines.
