Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English clearly.
• Basic computer skills required for documentation.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge is required.
• Ability to remain calm under stress or in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely communication to the RN about patient observations.
• Maintain constant observation of high‑risk patients as assigned.
• Contribute to a safe environment and assist in restraints per training if needed.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Move, lift and transfer patients using proper safety techniques.
• Perform vital signs, documentation and basic tests as directed.
• Assist with treatments by preparing equipment and supporting the patient.
