Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System in Missouri is seeking a Patient Care Partner to support patients and families under the direction of the Patient Care Manager and Charge Nurse. You will assist with meals, deliver and collect trays, document intake, restock galleys, and help with call lights and administrative tasks.

This hourly role requires a High School diploma or GED, current BLS certification within 30 days, and prior computer and clerical experience, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous computer experience required.
• Previous clerical experience preferred, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with meal orders and tray delivery/collection.
• Document meal intake and assist with meal accuracy.
• Restock galleys and answer patient call lights.
• Answer outside calls and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Support continuity of care from admission to discharge.
