Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Patient Care Partner to assist patients and families with meal orders, tray delivery and collection, meal intake documentation, and galley restocking. This role also involves responding to patient call lights, handling outside calls, and performing clerical duties to support continuity of care from admission to discharge.

The position is full-time with an evening shift (2:30pm–11:00pm), averaging 80 hours every two weeks, and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous computer experience required.
• Previous clerical experience required, preferably in the medical field.
• HighSchool diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with meal orders and deliver/collect meal trays.
• Document meal intake and restock galleys.
• Answer patient call lights and outside calls.
• Provide miscellaneous clerical duties and support to the care team.
