Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital seeks a Patient Care Associate to support clinical duties under an RN, helping maintain a safe, compassionate patient environment as part of an interdisciplinary team.

This full-time, evening shift role is onsite at 2014 Washington Street, Newton, MA, 40 hours per week. Certification (CNA/PCT/MA/EMT) or equivalent experience is required; nursing students in BSN/direct-entry master’s programs are preferred. Pay $20.58–$25.28 hourly with benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA, PCT, MA or EMT required unless enrolled in NWH PCA Training Program.
• Nursing students enrolled in BSN programs or direct-entry Masters preferred.
• Clinical support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical support functions to promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
• Under RN direction, be part of the interdisciplinary health care team.
