Responsibilities

• Assist with collection and documentation of patient/family data.
• Obtain and document vital signs and notify RN of abnormal findings.
• Provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with the RN and family.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload with multiple RNs based on patient/family needs.
• Assist in identifying patient/family response to care and contribute to the care plan.
