Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a formal nursing assistant program or certification.
• Currently enrolled in a BSN degree program with at least one clinical rotation completed at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection and documentation of patient/family data.
• Obtain and document vital signs and notify RN of abnormal findings.
• Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care in collaboration with the RN and family.
• Assist in prioritizing workload with RNs based on patient/family needs.
• Identify patient/family responses to care and contribute to the plan of care.
• Participate in development of self and others and support team goals.
