Job summary

Spaulding Hospital Cambridge is seeking a part-time Evening Clerk to support a busy patient care unit with essential administrative duties, environmental control, revenue reconciliation, inventory management, data entry, and issue troubleshooting.

The role may assist in direct nursing care as appropriate, and requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0–1 year clerical or customer service experience; strong Microsoft Office skills, customer service, organization, and multitasking

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of clerical or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a patient care unit.
• Perform environmental control, revenue reconciliation, inventory management, and data entry processing.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist in routine tasks.
• Assist in the delivery of direct nursing care as appropriate to the unit.
• Greet visitors, answer phones and maintain patient records.
