The successful candidate will oversee inpatient admissions, outpatient flow, and time-of-service collection, with emphasis on compliance, performance reviews, and staff development. Weekend/evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workflow and daily operations of registration areas.
• Maintain data integrity with schedules, timecards, and attendance records.
• Provide staff guidance and ensure insurance guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Ensure continuous operations in a 24/7 department.
• Conduct quality audits and counsel staff to improve performance.
• Prepare timely reports and maintain statistical records.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, training, and onboarding.
• Lead performance reviews and progressive discipline when needed.
