Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking an ED/IP Registration specialist for the 3rd shift on weekends and one weekday at the Oconee Medical Campus in Seneca, SC. You will interview patients to collect demographic and financial data, verify insurance, and initiate pre-certification when required to ensure accurate patient accounts.

Responsibilities include obtaining signatures, collecting payments, maintaining cash logs, and preparing reports while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Experience: 2 years in Admissions, Billing, Collections, Insurance and/or Customer Service.
