• Greet patients and verify insurance information in the patient accounting system
• Post payments, balance cash drawer, and prepare daily deposits
• Assist with outpatient coding and error resolution; follow office policies and scheduling
• Communicate with patients regarding balances and payment plans; collect prepayments as needed
