Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details, obtain pre-certifications and cost estimates.
• Provide wayfinding and assist with admissions paperwork and scheduling in outpatient clinics.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage and financial assistance options.
• Maintain accurate registration information and complete required paperwork for admissions.
