Responsibilities

• Pre-registers and registers patients across multiple locations using hospital systems.
• Schedules patient appointments and collects payer information.
• Obtains and verifies insurance information for billing and preauthorization.
• Calculates and collects co-pays and issues receipts.
• Verifies third party payers and resolves billing issues.
• Responds to patient inquiries regarding scheduling and payments.
