Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Registration Scheduling Specialist at Riddle Memorial Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for new patients, collecting and verifying data while delivering empathetic customer service.

This role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year and benefits like 120 hours PTO, free employee parking, and discounts. Shift is 2:30PM–11PM (every other weekend).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Preferred: 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting; knowledge of medical terminology; knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, collecting accurate data.
• Explain financial responsibility and services to patients.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians offices to ensure outstanding service.
