Job summary

Richardson International is seeking a Machine Operator – Evenings at our New Hope, MN pasta production facility. This role supports our global agriculture and food business with the vertical supply chain.

You will operate packaging equipment, monitor weights and codes, perform routine maintenance, and keep logs. The position offers a starting pay of $26.48 per hour with a $0.50 shift premium (3pm–11pm), plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience operating machines.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.
• Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.
• Complete and maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
