Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with youth, recreation, athletics, or group activities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license required and must meet Company insurability requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating a wide variety of recreational and leadership activities.
• Promote student engagement, health, wellness, and positive social interaction.
• Support evening programming in partnership with CPP and Social Development teams.
• Coordinate activities with community organizations and local resources.
• Monitor recreation areas and ensure student safety during activities.
• Track student participation and maintain accountability records.
• Maintain recreation equipment, supplies, and facilities.
• Help create a fun, welcoming, and structured environment for students.
• Mentor students and model Career Success Standards.
• Support student leadership opportunities and recreation aide programs.
