Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly and take orders.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Follow up to assist with additional needs or requests.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, and dietary considerations.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure correct orders and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and cash handling procedures.
• Keep dining area neat, clean, and safe for guests.
• Respect privacy of guests and confidentiality of information.
• Address complaints promptly and report to supervisor.
• Ensure dining room setup before and after service and maintain sanitation.
• Operate equipment such as beverage machines and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with other departments for special events.
