Job summary

Performance Plus in Michigan City, IN is seeking an Evening Part-time Janitor to join our legacy of service. You will help maintain clean, safe environments across facilities, performing routine cleaning tasks and supporting a positive workplace.

The role requires the ability to work alone or with others, lift up to 25 lbs, and a flexible schedule. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is a plus; we offer insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
