Job summary

Clean Team USA in East Lansing, MI is seeking an Afternoon Janitorial Associate. The role is a Full-Time position based in East Lansing with a Sunday-Thursday schedule (11:30am–8:00pm). No janitorial experience required; training opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities include sanitizing touchpoints, lifting a backpack vacuum, trash removal, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and surfaces, dusting, and detailing common areas. Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to bend, lift, push/pull and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sanitizing touch points.
• Shouldering a backpack vacuum (25+ lbs).
• Emptying trash and mopping.
• Cleaning bathrooms, countertops and desk areas.
• Dusting and detailing entryways and spaces.
• Spot cleaning glass surfaces.
• Other janitorial duties as assigned by management.
