Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to support equipment management at the Camden Campus. The role involves delivering equipment to patient rooms in ready-to-use condition and assisting clinical staff with equipment features and usage.

The position is part-time, with shift from 4pm to 8:30pm and occasional weekend days, requiring flexibility, good customer service, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred, hospital setting is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible, extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc.
• Provides a quality service, performs to quality standards, and meets both customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment, preparing it for patient ready use following all company and hospital protocols.
