Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to support equipment management in Cooper University Hospital and other locations. The role includes delivering equipment to patient rooms, assisting clinical staff, and ensuring equipment is maintained to hospital standards.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; emergency off-hours may be required.
• Able to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, climbing, crouching/squatting, kneeling/crawling, sitting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service; meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment; prepares it for patient-ready use following protocols.
