Job summary

Cura of Long Prairie is seeking a part-time Dietary Assistant w/Dishwashing Responsibilities to help serve nutritious meals to residents. The role reports to the Dietary Manager and supports dishwashing duties and general kitchen cleanliness.

Hours are 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm, with responsibilities including safe food handling, timely meal service, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. HS diploma preferred; 15+ with permit if under 18; ability to read/write required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• If under 18, must have a work permit.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handles, prepares and serves food in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Ensures meals are prepared and served on time.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes; maintains dish area.
• Cleans and maintains dining room and kitchen.
• Follows facility policies and communicates professionally.
