Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform custodial duties across facilities in Florida. Under supervision, you will sweep, mop, vacuum, restock supplies, clean bathrooms, and maintain floors and glass surfaces to meet established standards.

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; dust and clean furniture.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; maintain bathrooms daily.
• Restock paper supplies and monitor for maintenance needs.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners.
• Report defects (lights, urinals) to supervisors.
• Perform periodic high-dusting and other duties as assigned.
