Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Service Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents, guests, and staff. Under the Culinary Services Director, you will help ensure therapeutic diets are followed and meals meet quality standards.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident dignity through varied meal options and cost-conscious service. Prioritize safety, sanitation and the comfort of our geriatric residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and be responsible for the preparation of foods for residents, guests and employees.
• Promote food service standards through cost, quality and quantity controls while ensuring dignity and personal choice.
