CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a part-time Custodian in Wilson, NC. The role involves basic cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping and trash disposal to keep assigned areas clean and presentable.

Shift is Saturday and Sunday; on-site work with emphasis on high-traffic areas and adherence to company cleaning standards. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of floor care experience are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of floor care and carpet cleaning experience.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or similar field preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as designated by the supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Follow company standards and safety procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
