Job summary

The Redpoint Center is a Thornton, CO based outpatient substance abuse/mental health treatment center seeking part-time Administrative Technician for the adult program. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with administrative procedures and systems.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle drug and alcohol screening with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and create a welcoming environment.
• Organize and maintain files and databases confidentially.
• Manage communications via email and phone for group attendance.
• Update client records in the EMR with drug testing results.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage supplies and snacks.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks.
• Check group rooms before and after sessions to maintain order.
