Responsibilities

• Monitor parking facilities, equipment, gates, cameras, intercoms, and system alerts.
• Respond to customers and field personnel; dispatch appropriate resources.
• Document activities and reconcile cash; maintain asset accountability (change bags, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors or University partners; assist with special events.
