Job summary

Ace Parking Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician for a Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–9:00 pm schedule in Santa Barbara, CA. You will greet customers, help with parking and directions, and perform routine site maintenance to keep lots clean and safe.

The role requires strong communication and reliability, with the ability to lift 25–35 lbs and work in varying weather conditions. Mileage reimbursements are included for off-site movement between lots.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of daily activities and any issues encountered.
• Monitor the parking facility to ensure safety and security of customers and their vehicles.
• Assist with traffic control during peak hours.
• Greet guests and provide clear directions and information on parking rates and options.
• Report any security concerns, incidents, or maintenance issues to management.
• Maintain clean parking lots and surrounding areas, including trash cans.
• Offer exceptional service by helping customers locate spaces and answer questions.
