Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operation to ensure flow of daily production in keeping with the Shift Supervisor’s direction.
• Improve production yield and efficiency of facility against standard.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and food safety and quality.
• Adhere to SOPs and promote teambuilding and employee welfare.
• Set up tape machines, box code daters, load weight machine and metal detectors with correct information.
• Maintain accurate case count for changeovers and set up packaging for changeovers.
• Check packaging for proper film, weight settings, and skid loading.
• Communicate with area Lead to keep production flowing smoothly.
