Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, and MS Office tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of GDP or GMP is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff team in a distribution environment, focusing on performance and problem solving.
• Oversee training and provide operational support to the department.
• Maintain high-quality work environment and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate orders, shipments, and packaging to meet customer requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and drive process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support testing of systemic changes and participate in continuous improvement projects.
