Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is hiring a Packager on the 2nd shift in Fife, WA. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, processing finished products for customer-specific packaging and ensuring accuracy in labeling and counts.

Primary duties include inspecting products, gathering packaging materials, printing labels, boxing, and conducting metal detector checks to meet safety standards. A detail-oriented candidate with strong counting skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count product accurately.
• Meticulous attention to detail; well organized and able to apply logic to solve problems.
• Records maintenance skills.
• Color acuity necessary.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and discard defects.
• Gather packaging supplies to match orders.

• Assemble & label boxes.
• Run product through metal detector for food safety.
