Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Operative in Fife, WA to process finished products for customer-specified packaging on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM).

You will inspect finished goods, gather supplies, print labels, assemble and label boxes, run items through a metal detector, and complete work orders to document production. Candidates must count accurately, be detail-oriented, maintain records, and have color acuity.

Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Now hiring for 1st Shift

1st Shift M - F 7:00 AM to 3:30PM

Primary Function : Processing finished products for customer-specified packaging .

Responsibilities and Duties : This information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed . Team member may perform other duties as assigned.

• Inspect finished products and discard defects

• Print labels to match packaged finished goods
• Assemble & label boxes
• Run product through metal detector to ensure food safety standards
• Count finished products to match specified label quantities
• Label and case finished products

Physical Activities:

Requires mobility. Physical setting may be in office, plant, or warehouse. Requires basic math skills, basic reading and writing skills. Requires ability to see and distinguish fine differentiation in color, detail, and design. M anufacturing floor setting. Involves sitting, standing, walking, and communication abilities. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. The environment may be loud and dusty at times. May be subject to temperature changes.
