Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Fife, WA is hiring for a full-time Packager on 2nd shift (M-F 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM).

This role supports processing finished products for customer-specified packaging and requires precise counting, color differentiation, and strict attention to detail. Responsibilities include inspecting products, gathering supplies, printing labels, assembling and boxing finished goods, and documenting work orders.

2nd Shift M - F 3:30PM to 12:00AM

Primary Function : Processing finished products for customer-specified packaging .

Responsibilities and Duties : This information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed . Team member may perform other duties as assigned.

• Inspect finished products and discard defects
• Gather packaging supplies to package finished goods to match customer-specified orders
• Print labels to match packaged finished goods
• Assemble & label boxes
• Run product through metal detector to ensure food safety standards

Physical Activities:

Requires mobility. Physical setting may be in office, plant, or warehouse. Requires basic math skills, basic reading and writing skills. Requires ability to see and distinguish fine differentiation in color, detail, and design. M anufacturing floor setting. Involves sitting, standing, walking, and communication abilities. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. The environment may be loud and dusty at times. May be subject to temperature changes.
