Job summary

Riceland Foods, Inc. in Stuttgart, AR is seeking a General Utility Person for supplies to support packaging lines. You will hand stack 60 lb bales, operate pallet jack and robotic bale stacker, and perform light maintenance as assigned.

Safety gear required and strong attention to labels. Training lasts 10–30 days; High School diploma or GED preferred. Works M-F 3p-11p with possible extended hours and weekend work; shift premiums apply for hours after 5pm and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand pack orders and print legibly.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
• Able to wear safety equipment and work standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Hand palletizing/stacking of pattern-specific product bales/bags.
• Report quality issues to supervisor immediately.
• Inspect bales for proper labels and seals.
• Operate pallet jack and robotic bale stacker as needed.
• Assist machine operator to run production amounts matching packing orders.
