Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and follow Pratt Industries safety rules and procedures.
• Perform a range of production support tasks including machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Support start-up operations by setting up rolls, ink, or other raw materials to manufacture products.
• Conduct first-bag-out quality checks and ongoing inspections to ensure product quality.
• Maintain accurate counts during packing and keep pace with production speeds.
