Job summary

Altium Packaging in Berwick, PA is seeking a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level role handles packaging of materials, loads and moves materials, and operates packaging equipment while following GMPs.

You will work Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, starting at $18.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium ($20/hr). Basic English, good attendance, and teamwork are required; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Prefer high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Operates packaging equipment and loads materials as directed.
• Inspects bottles and packaging for quality issues and reports defects.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears jams from lines.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and proper labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated areas and replenishes supplies as needed.
