Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Part-Time Package Handler to load, unload, and sort freight, ensuring quick delivery. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficiency within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers evening hours (Mon-Fri, 5:30PM-9:00PM) with pay between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages by hand from fleet vehicles.
• Scan package barcode labels while unloading for tracking purposes.
• Sort each package by zip code, city, or state.
• Stack freight into trailers and routes in a manner to prevent damage and utilize space efficiently.
• Wash fleet vehicles to maintain company image, as needed.
• Perform light custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
