Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Package Handler to load, unload, and sort freight accurately and efficiently. Work hours from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM start, with a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include scanning barcodes, sorting by destination, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages by hand from fleet vehicles.
• Scan package barcode labels while unloading for tracking.
• Sort each package by zip code, city, or state.
• Stack freight into trailers and routes to maximize space and prevent damage.
• Wash fleet vehicles to maintain company image.
• Perform light custodial duties to keep warehouse clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
