Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Medication Technician for full-time evening and overnight shifts at Ivy Park in Santa Rosa. The role involves supervising and assisting with medication administration and providing personal care to residents in a senior living community.

Qualifications include a HS diploma (LVN a plus) and a preference for 1 year of medication assistance experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. Vaccination and health screenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience assisting with medication in RCFE or similar setting.
• Completion of state-mandated training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
