Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is looking for a full-time Medication Technician to join our team at Ivy Park in Santa Rosa. You will supervise and assist in medication administration while providing direct personal care to residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Residential Care Facility and excellent customer service skills. You will also enjoy benefits such as medical and dental coverage, holiday pay, and more.

Qualifications

• One year of experience assisting with medication at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) preferred.
• Must possess written and verbal skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, and residents.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Maintain accurate medication and care records.
